only way it voids it is if they prove it caused the problem and most likely they will come up with some reason why it voids the warranty

Well with any kit or h/e you have to have some kind of bracket to hold it in place securly, but its nothing to crazy and won't have anything to do with your warranty.

well yes but you have to drill a hole to mount it to the frame of the car.

They may try and void the intercooler pump warranty by saying it is causing more stress on the pump because it has to push more fluid
