My Weekend Project

Painted the rocker cover and supercharger the same color as the exterior (Sprort Red Tintcoat Pearl) this weekend.

Really did want to polish the supercharger but I just don't have the time. The picture don't do it must justice....like the color. You can't see the metal flakes in he picture. Looks better in person.

Debating that one as everytime you take the fuse box cover off and go to install it the sill scratches the cover.

I used regular primer, base, midcoat and put a high temp epoxy clear over the top. It may not hold but I thought I would give it a try. So far, so good.

Yeah, thats what I would think would look better to compliment that red cover. Ill take your word about it looking better in person. Most things do.

It is an old picture as the latest one has the newer UPS brand on it. The truck was built by Air Ride Technologies some time ago. The project was documented on their website but I believe our Corporate Headquarters had them remove the pictures.
