well basically i just got my tranny replaced because of third gear syncro problems, so thats fine, but i get it back from the dealer today and now when i shift (physically with the shifter) the actual car wont shift until about 3 seconds later, and in those 3 seconds if i give it gas it just does like i'm riding the clutch, but the clutch is not engaged. the car wont accelerate or anything just makes the motions and sound of a clutch ride.

anyone know whats goin on?
