could you take an aftermarket h22 intake manifold and use an lsj intake mani flange and throttle body flange and make it work on the lsj?

well i was thinking of being a test dummy for it. you can make it for about 400 bucks so thats better than 1000 or so.

 

what is the h22 mani? turbo or SC?

 

neither its the honda prelude manifold. i thought maybe since its the same size almost you could cut the flange off and weld it to an lsj flange and make everything fit.

 

Long time ago i posted something like this. Lots of suitable manifolds on Ebay! Even the alu ecotec inlet flange you can find there.
(Still have to ask if they can suppply an LSJ version with the correct oil-breather hole in it...)

 

.... really, anything like that would work for the guys wanting to go turbo.
I'd highly suggest something like a DSM intake manifold, as they are designed to handle boost, and have great flow characteristics.
