i have the kit, and its fairly easy to install. you just prime and stick the tape an put a few screws in. but after a few weeks it started to sag and the tape wasnt holding up. so when i got it painted, i had them put it on. they did a screw and glue and its much better. itll stay on for good now.

There are a couple little things you will need. The rocker panels, which hang on the edge of the door sill, are pop riveted into place. You would need a pop rivet gun, which isn't hard to find. I think just about any tool store or Ace hardware would have one. Second, the front and rear lips wrap around into your wheel wells. If you have mud flaps, they have to be cut off. They have to be cut because they molded right into your wheel pans, and those obviously have to stay on. Otherwise, yeah, its just tape. And yes, it will sag on you after a little while, so may want to glue and screw as mentioned above.
