the meguiars smooth surface clay kit?
i bought it at walmart and am hoping it gets rid of the **** thats in my paint is it a good clay kit?

Ya in a way it is...Claying a car takes off all mineral deposits, previous waxes and such...Pretty much anything that has been on your paint...
You can clay a whole car in like 20 mins...Clay, Polish and Wax should take 1hr 30 mins to 2 hours depending on how much time you take with it....
Remember this -
Clay - Creats a clean smooth (unprotected) surface
Polish - Creates the shine
Wax - Protects

I have used meguiars...pretty good stuff..you have to be patient though...

I'm not really a fan of these products because they claim to do two completely different things at the same time, Clean off old wax and apply a new coat...I try to stay away from those products...A wash, clay, polish and wax is enough and will give you a real nice shine..
