Ya its a decent kit....

If I was you I would use the clay kit then the Meguiars polish, then finish with a wax...

Remember you always have to wax after you use the clay kit....

Ya in a way it is...Claying a car takes off all mineral deposits, previous waxes and such...Pretty much anything that has been on your paint...

You can clay a whole car in like 20 mins...Clay, Polish and Wax should take 1hr 30 mins to 2 hours depending on how much time you take with it....

Remember this -
Clay - Creats a clean smooth (unprotected) surface
Polish - Creates the shine
Wax - Protects

So what is Meguiar's Cleaner Wax...a polish or wax. I'm guessing wax because of the name lol. Or should I ask...does it polish or protect?

Well ya your right actually...

I'm not really a fan of these products because they claim to do two completely different things at the same time, Clean off old wax and apply a new coat...I try to stay away from those products...A wash, clay, polish and wax is enough and will give you a real nice shine..

That's what I'm thinking. I have the Mother's Clay kit. It's really nice as well. It's received good reviews as well.
