i just want to know what people think of lambo doors on the 'balt?

i like them i think a lot of people on here dont i just want to get them cuz our doors are so long it makes it hard to open them when you park sometimes.

 

if you do, make sure you have rims, and a lowered balt, and tint, otherwise youd be gay

and like stated about... thats why i want em, but im getting the other stuff first

Not a fan of "lambo" doors on ANY car.

 

How would not having rims tint and being slammed make it gay?? They visibly looks the same with the doors closed which is how the doors will be 90% of the time. Lastly how does homosexuality relate to a car door?

Anyways, i want them just so i don't have to worry about swinging my door in to another car. That and i think they look cool.

A big reason there "ricers" is because of the doors.

 

no dude its their attitude.....they are just aholes........u can tastefully have lambo doors, suicide doors, gullwings, etc...........as long as u do it for urself and not impress anyone showoff or act like a douche..

 

most of those that say our cars are ricers with doors that don't just go out are the same ones that think that performance is the only thing that matters. But they don't have a mind for those whose vision counts for more than just an exhaust or intake. I have lambo doors for mine..., as well as a larger supercharger. I care for both sides that can be done on our cars.

i couldnt have said it better myself.....my 'balt is a DD im not racing it on the track or on the streets....and i want it too look good.......sure u can take the money u spend on doors and put it in the engine........but what is the point......my ride isnt a race car its a car that drives from point a to b and so what if u want to look good doing it? i mean some engine stuff i can understand such as a CAI or exhaust new headers etc. etc........but not everyone is looking to dump a ton of cash to make that 1/4 run faster....with that being said i do believe that there should be a balance......something people who say lambos are a waste of cash or automatically call "rice" dont understand

 

depends on where you are. i don't see many lambo doors in metro DEEEtroit

 

I personally like my doors the way they are...with sturdy hinges and a good seal

 

a friend of mine have them on his balt, they looks nice but they are really hard to open them since they are very heavy

I say get them if YOU want. Or you plan on showing your car.

But just for everyday use, I honestly wouldn't get them. They look tacky and to showy.
