Not my garage... then again the last time a car was in there was a huge V8 chrysler and it was very hard trying to get in cause the doors hit the walls. Cobalt prob wouldn't be an issue since it's quite small, and once I get the damn thing cleaned out...

whiner..., no one cares, and it's not played out. You ever have to get in or out of a car in a narrow driveway? Or in a parking lot maybe? Think about the function as well. People see the doors on vehicles that don't have any substance to them. Even if people don't like the doors, if it's a complete car then they usually don't have much to say anyway. The car as a whole detracts from any comments people would normally say if they spent money only on the doors.
Now having a large ass exhaust on a car with no amount of power to make it necessary is played out. Not because they like the sound, but it's just the thing to do. Cheap people that don't want to spend the money to make it look good are usually the ones that hate. I'm not talking about those who work and just don't have the money because of other priorities.
And no, this is not a direct shot at you. You already know what I think about your car.

And eff my car. I can't wait to get rid of it. And i'm definitely guilty of having a loud ass car thats slow, lol. (hence my "all sound no get down" motto under my premi) I mean its not ungodly slow, but I def wouldn't consider it "fast" by any means. But I opt to have my "big ass exhaust" for the same reason you opt to use lambo doors........just a personal preference. And, just like you, I recieve both positive....and negative feedback on it on a regular basis.
Difference among our cars is what keeps things spicy. And no matter what you do to your car.......whether it be a color theme you choose to go with, a wheel/tire setup you prefer, or yes, lambo doors........theres always gonna be fans......and haters.

I must say though, that is one of the most unbiased comments made on here with a neutral opinion. And like I said, you work but don't have the money to do everything you want to. Its become too much work to maintain these days. Its got 52k on it now and it seems like something minor goes wrong with it once a week. Right now it needs the camber adjusted again b/c I somehow had an SPC camber bolt snap. Thankfully, SPC had PTuning (the place where I bought the camber bolts from) give me a new set for free.....but now it needs yet another $85 alignment/camber adjustment service, which sucks b/c I had it done earlier this year. Also, as it sits right now I have a tailight out, needs two new front tires, still has the door ding that i've said I was gonna take care of for the past 2 years, and now my black vinyl on the b-pillar on my drivers side door got some mystery scratches on it. I plan on addressing all of these issues over the winter and then see how I feel about it........but I think im gonna get a new Saturn Sky or something and get a fresh start when I move down to SC in spring. Only time will tell. Really, its not the cars fault. Alot of the things I mentioned are normal wear and tear....its just that I don't have the money to keep up with it these days. 19"s sounded like a great idea until I moved out of my parents house. Now affording new tires is killing me. Also, any little imperfection (like the door ding and the b-pillar scratches) sends me into a hate mode with the car b/c of how much of a perfectionist I am.
Anywho, i'm done thread jacking and i'll say one final comment about lambo doors, and this is directly towards you Danew.
You can put lambo doors......hell....you can even smear human feces all over the outside of your car........and you'll still have my respect as I think your car is just about as close to the total package as it gets
I also make fun of minivan owners......well, the ones that drive minivans and don't have any kids that is.....lol.
I'm certainly not jealous of such people.
