My club currently uses hp tuners pro on a laptop we use for all of our cars.. if i were to load the program on another computer will it be able to use a car that was unlocked on the original computer? like im gonna unlock an 00 z24 on the original but im gonna take the tuning unit and all the stuff and load it on my own laptop. will i be able to work with the car like normal?

Just update the lisanes on the new computer. Because it is not the computer that unlocks the cars but the cable.

 

lol i gotta dude thats gonna walk me thru making a base tune for my turbo cavy.. the previous owner had the s/c tune on it so it dumps crap loads of fuel in the lower rpms making it bog out. im just gonna be tuning that out so itll be driveable and i can finish restoring the rest of the car.

well i finally picked it up from bens house back in august. im getting a new boost gauge and wideband installed then tuning, and moving on from there. merry Christmas to u too!!!!!! go lakers
