Ok well i have a 2007 pontiac g5 automatic so i really dont kno the stock hp. I have right now a CAI. have the B&M shiftplus but not installed dont really even kno if it will go into my car. Wanting to get sum headers and a full exhaust. Looking to get a 2.4 intake manifold. wat do u think the gain in Hp would be with all this? Possibly later get a supercharger or turbo let me kno wat u guys think.

May i add, "get a new header" not headERS lol. Theres only one exhaust manifold

Should see a little gain, maybe 20hp, but you would get more if you get a tune after a full exhaust and a 2.4 intake.

Dont quote me though, i stopped following bolt ons a long time ago...

 

well if you plan on going SC iwould say dont even get the 2.4 mani...seeing as your gonna end up swapping it out.

now if your going turbo..get the 2.4 mani.

 

hmm well then maybe i will go turbo lol but for a turbo kit thats a lil expensive maybe like a garrett turbo will be good wat do u think will be the max psi it will pump out without blowing the engine

im a 2.2 as well auto too..........get a b+m shiftplus.........and i plan on Supercharging as well.....

 

350 for the supercharger and if you include the shipping ill include the intake piping
