I'm Rob and on the way to buying a 09SS/TC. Unfortunately I've put the car buying on the back burner for a min. I hope will be able to place my order either this month or by the end of Feb. I'm in no hurry other than to make sure I can still get one before Cobalt SS production stops.

Two dealers have told me White is not an option on the SS which I know is BS. Those dealers are Sunset in Sumner and Jet in Federal Way, I just feel like they are saying that to see if I'm that stupid and will say ok I'll buy this red one already on your lot.

If anyone here knows of a good dealer or "knows someone" pass that info along please. I know I'll need to order one because no dealer will have a car on the lot with the options I want, the main ones being white with the low spoiler and no sunroof. Of course the other options I want are LSD, upgraded USB radio, black/grey interior, and the RPD.

 

******* stealerships always think we dont know **** about the cars WE want. Pisses me off! Keep looking on other dealers, one of them can get you what you want. And Yes, White is available on the SS/TC and looks badass. GL

 

i happen to be friends with everyone at jet chevy, and knowing them, they were ****** with you. go to bellevue chevy, they have a red and yellow sedan on the lot. they can also get you any color you want. if you go there, say hi to my old orange ss/sc.

 

I was also going to start looking for the 09ss/tc in white. Im probably going to get it sometime in Feb. or March. Anybody know why dealers give such a hard time with white? I refuse to get it in any other color.

Do you know a salesman named Fred? That's the guy I was talking to, who said he called GM directly and said there was no white SS and the funny thing is when I told him I talked to a dealer in Texas that sold a white one, he said he was going to check into it more then never heard from him again, but what's "more" than talking to GM directly? Basically I called him on his BS story.

 

Everytime that a new post is made, the thread shows on the "Latest Topics" of the main page, and thats how I found it...
