Required Gauges?

Ok, ive trimmed my gauges down to water temp, boost, and oil pressure. But now with the release of CA's new pod i want to add 2 more again...i DO not want a wideband as i cant tune on the fly so its pointless. I was thinking EGT and oil temp? Let me know some of your ideas . and YES i LOVE fast and the furious and i love lots of gauges that tell me things!

if you cant tue on the fly, why get an EGT gauge? and i'd go with an intercpetor. it can sdisplay oil temp along with a second parameter

hmm isnt a EGT gauge to tell exhaust temps? maybe not and no i refuse to spend 200$ on a gauge that only tells me half of what it should since not everything works.

you have to get gauge pods for each pillar, on the dash, by the shifter, if you cant tell time in 8 different time zones, you have failed!!!!

id just stay with boost and oil pressure to be honest. is it more a case of you wanting more gauges? or needing.

EGT would be beneficial to know, same with oil temp.

I'll be running the following: Boost, A/F, oil pressure, oil temp, fuel psi.

riiight. its used to tell if your approaching detonation and to make sure your not stressing out the combustion chambers with excessive heat or likewise with not enough timing, etc.
Its used to tune, you look at the results, and adjust accordingly. Just like a wideband is used. you adjust your tune and view the AFR and adjust accordingly. Theyre both used for tuning purposes, so i dont see why you would want one and not the other. Why would you want to know the EGT if you cant change any parameters that affect it?
And i dont really understand the interceptor comment either. It will monitor muuuch more than any single gauge, and has 2 displays instead of just 1 like a traditional gauge. I see no downside to an interceptor when compared to a standard gauge.
