did the 08-09 ss come with the recaro racing seats...on the g85 package....or has the g85 package turnd to only lsd

i thought the seats were still made by recaro. oh well, i guess i'll stop telling friends they are recaros.

the new seats are better IMO too. better stability on the sides.Time will tell how well the fabric holds up to wear though.

 

You guyz' statement that the stock seats are better than recaros is true only if you're speaking regarding the seats in the older cobalts. I highly doubt the stock seats are better than my recaro sport racing seats!!! Check out gallery.

Only because it adds uniqueness to your ride, when you have something others rarely do.

I for one will have to disagree with most of you guys. The side bolsters on the "old" Ion Redline/Cobalt G85 option, are higher and hold your butt better. I love my stock SS/TC seats but I wouldn't say they are any better than the Recaros.
