I was turning into my gf's driveway and thought i had enough clearance but ended up driving up a pile of snow at the end of the drive way. There was a loud thud noise, almost like a muffled car crash, and then I parked my car and saw this:



help please, what do I do?

ps. the broken grill is from my mom "gently" bumping into a chevy blazer's trailer hitch, I already ordered the ss/tc grille kit

 

take it to a body shop and get it fixed. if your insured its under comprehensive and you pay whatever your deductible is. If its cheaper to fix then your deductible then u do it that way.

yea dont get insurance involved if it isnt necessary.

 

i would just get a new bumper IMO

 

make your g/f pay for it, for not shoveling the snow so you wouldn't hit it lol

 

Buy a new bumper, get it painted and install it yourself.

 

New bumper cover from GM is 483.90 per my insurance quote from a couple weeks ago..

this would not be comprehensive YOU HIT the snow pile that would b under collision...
