Injen Cold Air Intake Help

I recently purchased an injen cold air intake for my 2.2 L cobalt. With this intake I can set it up as either a short ram or the cold air intake. Which one would give me better results as far as performance?

CAI should give more power
SRI should give a better throttle respose
