So I'm glad I purchased my SS/TC in winter...a few times now I've just been dying to open the throttle up...and it's still only at 570km's....still a little bit to go before I can start ragging on it, lol.

It doesn't help matters that the weather has been oddly warm and nice, with clear roads. That, plus I needed to get in a lane, gave a little more throttle than normal...enough to maybe get 4-5lbs of boost at like 2700rpm...this is a torquey little bugger, and I used to have a L67 Grand Prix...

Oh yeah, that turbo is nicely audible

Just thought I'd throw out a more positive thread

You're lucky. I got maybe a week after the break in before we got constantly dumped on until now... The car's seen full throttle maybe 5 times.

4-5 lbs boost. Wait till you hit pull 15-18 lbs all the way through third. 90 never came so fast.

lol good stuff man, I was not so lucky but I was good enough to stay off the throttle during break in period. Tho at about 500km I started "pushin" a lil more as each 100km or so went by, it's been ear to ear smiles since then
