LSJ motor for sale at local junkyard
Hey guys, just wanted to pass this on. I was at BEST Auto in Lynnwood, WA yesterday picking up a PCM for a 1996 Suburban and while I was waiting, something caught my eye.
"That kind of looks like an LSJ motor to me.", I thought to myself.
So I walked over, took a closer look, sure enough it is an LSJ motor, fully intact, out of a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Comes with the wiring harness and PCM, too.
Not sure if anybody is in the market, but if someone wanted to swap an LSJ motor into their car, good opportunity to do so. Chris said the list price was $2500, but he'd let it go for $1800. If you're a shrewd negotiator you might get it for even less.
At an rate, if you go there, ask for Chris, he'll take care of you.
