Whats the best way to get through the Firewall?
I am running a mechanical boost gauge but it has never worked because there is a kink in the boost line somewhere.
The gromet i went through is closer to the bottom of the firewall just behind the peddles, to get the wires comming out of there you have to be under the car.
There has got to be an easier way, i have to replace that line and i dont want to lift the car again.
Any Suggestions Pics?

dont use that junk auto meter house.
pick up a length of parker para-flex 4mm line. it'll be a tight fit into the back of the gauge, but she'll work just fine.
good to 20bar, and more flexible..
that spot at the pedals is the best. unless you run fender to a-pillar.

there should be a gromment up above the pedals, use a screw driver and make a hole into the gromment. Then reach down behind the fuse box area and grab the tube that you are bringing through. Not really that hard, just a tight squeeze.
you can you just have to pretty much put your entire arm down there. It can be done, I weigh 270 pounds and i can fit my big arm down there. If you can't get with your arm, why not use a pair of needle nose pliers?
