I will be getting my canned tune pcm here shortly next week. i just want to know the precautions before installing the new pcm... don't mention anything about crank re-learn i used the trusty ol' search button on that. i just want to know EVERYTHING to do before un-installing the stock PCM and re-installing... thank you very much

Unplug battery..

unplug pcm..

plug in pcm..

plug in battery.

 

idk shortstack that sounds too complicated. i might have to consult a technician. lol. jk i figured that much i just wasnt sure if there was anything else. ok cool. after i install i will most likely bring it to the dealer the following business day and get a crank relearn since its a MUST i've been told and is a good idea on top of it

Yea the crank relearn sounds important.. i dont have any knowledge though if driving without it really does anything or not.. but id get it to be safe..
