Strut Tower Problem

ok i went to install my strut bar and i noticed that the bolt comin up off the strut was loose. the bolt closest to the front of the car. i figured it was fucked up so i went to take the nut off the other one to check it and it was the same way. its as if the bolt its self is broken underneth. im sure its not suppossed to be that way but i dont know. but its both bolts, one on each side closest to the front of the car. any suggestions?

pics? if you haven't messed with them seems odd that 2 were broken in the same way. but they are extremely week bolts, and are very easy to snap. if they're broken, you'll need 2 new suspension mounts.

you wouldnt be able to tell in the picture. i tried pullin the bolt up and out but it wont come out. my car does have springs on it so could it have gotten fucked up there?

possibly, especially if you took it to a shop and they used airtools. those bolts are EXTREMELY easy to snap, they're very weak. as soon as they're SNUG, you stop tightening. but the thing that's weird is if they broke, they should just pull right out. they wouldn't still be sitting there, unless it's just the weight of the car holding them in place. kinda hard to say without actually seeing them.
