tell them if they're going to use your car, you want a kit out of it

unless you already have the kit, in which case you want something else.

no they didnt post your picture or show your license plate... so nothing on your car in those pics says it is DEFINITELY yours (even though it definately is)

You posted the pics in a public domain without expressed copyright. They are free pictures for the taking, you have no right to any royalties.

 

yup, they can just say, No... thats someone else's car with the same decals....

 

The question is where did the pictures come from. If they are using the pictures without your permission then you can have them removed unless you posted them to a site and that site gave permission for them to be used. Many websites have a clause in the TOS that says that anything posted on the site becomes the property of the site and they can use the material in any way they like.

 

Yea but still they should of atlease took the little effort to ask if its okay to use it, i would of been quite excited about it, and said yes.

 

in the links, the front end pics take a look at the inspection sticker. its definatly blue in the middle and white on the sides. other words NS inspection

 

yeah but a provincial inspection sticker is not personal enough to be able to give you the upper hand..
they should have asked... but because there isnt a pic of you, your plate, vin or anything else that makes your veh unchangably yours, technically they can use it

now look at the top of my back window you will see the glubes speed and sound decal, look at the car in the site same decal
