Catch Can

How much would we benefit from one?

I see very little oil build up in the intake and im at 10k miles, if it will prolong the life of my motor ill get one, is one brand better than another, i see the one modernperformance sells, and then the E-bay ones ranging from $100-$10 LOL

Any opinions, or does anyone have one?

there is only a point to have it if it is a problem. it wont be a problem until you are putting through some major HP, so worry about it then.

It's not cheap but I feel this is probably the best designed catch can made today http://www.accmachtech.com/pcvcatchcans.htm , the hose size may not be correct for a Cobalt though.

Thats exactly what its for, its for catching extra oil so it doesnt go into the intake, when i cleaned my intake about a month ago, there was very little build up, if any, so thats why im wondering if we need one.

i think about it this way- if it was such a neccesitty it would have came from the factory with one
