I don't see why people don't want to wear them. It's not that big of a deal to wear it and I don't even realize it's on.

...Because cleaning up a fatality is alot more expensive then a non-fatal wreck

I'm sorry I have to point this out, but do you have a mother or a GF or anyone that mught give two ***** about you?
How do you think they would feel if you went through the windshield, ended up a wet spot on the highway?
Now is wearing your seatbelt all that much of a pain in the ass compared to what kind of damage may be done if you don't. Besides it a simple thing to do and not doing it is a waste of the gift of life you have been given. At that last moment, if you realize youir going to buy the farm, I'll bet you would wish to hell you had time to put on your belt.

I don't mean to guilt trip, just trying to put in into perspective

What about when you fly out through your windshield and hit some Innocent bystander going 60km/h? That would definitely kill you and the person you flew into.

Hey it could happen. Either way most people dont survive going through their own windsheild. Iv'e personally seen someone get killed from not wearing his seat belt. He didnt fly through his windsheild mind you but he was over 300lbs. This man would most likely be still alive today if he just wore his seatbelt.

Alot of things COULD happen but they never do. I have also heard of accidents not having a seatbelt saved someones life. Not likely but it does happen.

I had an experience once where if I was wearing it, I would have no legs.
