Anybody On the SW side of Houston Want To Help Me?

If I have trouble putting my new TC grill on, is there anyone willing to help me out?

Dude. I'm deff sure you won't have problems. It's the easiest swap. And you don't have to remove your bumper

ha ha the only thing you can **** up is your bumper. By scratching it when taking of the old grille. But sure that won't happen. I didn't scratch it when I swapped mine. And I'm impatient as hell. LOL

its really easy. removing the stock grill is easy. the hard part is snapping the new grill into place. you need to use a little bit of pressure to make the tabs go into all the holes lol.

take your headlights out
take the top connectors off the top part of the grill.

all this will give you room to work your arms behind the old grill to pull the tabs up and back and screw off the bolts on the back of the bowtie. then its the point of pushing all the tabs up and push them back till they all snap off the bumper.

then reverse the steps.

When you say this. Are you talking about the top or lower grill?

Is the bottom grill easy to install?

Thanks, do you have any more advice?

I only did the top grill. I have an LT so mine's different than yours. For my lower grill I dremeled out my stock grill and added my own mesh that resembled the new top grill.

the lower grill you just push in and it will just about snap in place, moreless. i recommend the clips if you didnt get them for a tighter fit so you wont lose the grill. the clips will just slid over the lower grill bigger tabs. just make sure the tab is in place and once you slide the clip over the tab it will secure against the bumper.

more advice, patience. once you get the 1st few tabs then it wont keep trying to snap back in place. then its just going around and pushing the tabs up from behind the grill then pushing it back with your other hand from the front.
