Best way to bend plastic.. lol

Ok.. Don't ask me how or why.. But when I first upgraded to my old 18's from my 17's, one day, the tire caught the top edge of the passenger side side skirt inside the wheel well, and now it's bend inwards.. Every time my wheels/tires are at a certain angle, it makes a horrible noise (kinda like putting a baseball car in bike spokes..lol).. It's super annoying.. I figured I could probably just use a hair dryer to heat it up and bend it back, but if it doesn't work I'll just hack it off.. Any ideas..?

If you don't know what I mean, ask and i'll get a picture.. lol.

A hair dryer will not get hot enuf. Honestly if u dont wanna cut it first, try an actual heat gun....

Read my last post. I've done plenty with it. Maybe you were trying the Wal-Mart Special hair dryer..
