PTuning's Time Attack Scion TC featured in Modified's March 2009 issue.

Thought this was pretty cool. I go to PTuning all the time for misc. things. Ordered my rotors/pads from them a few years ago......i've gotten my alignment done there.........and I know Bad05SS, NamedGobalt and occsdude have all either bought products from them or had their car worked on by them on multiple occasions as well.

Anywho, I personally hate TC's.....but I gotta give PTuning props for building what I believe to be one of the most badass TC's of all time. Its set a few Unlimited Class FWD Time Attack records too. I got the honor of watching it race last year at Redline Time Attack at Summit Point Raceway (WV). Unfortunately, it smashed head on into a wall (driver's fault). But its back to its proper shape now, and is gracing the pages of a leading sport compact mag, so all is well.

Congratulations PTuning! I'll continue to be a customer of yours for many years to come!

Haha yeah.

But yeah, its pretty sweet. Their shop is about 5 min from my old job (and my new job i'm starting in April for that matter). I used to stop by and this car would be parked either out front or inside their ginormous garage.

If that car was built right half of its wheels wouldn't be off the ground as it goes around a corner.

Yeah.....it soooo not built right. That must be why it won the 3 Time Attack events last year in its class (Modified FWD) and took the overall Championship for its class........and set records at multiple tracks......and is currently the most successful FWD time attack car period.

Exactly, which would be the hired DRIVER's fault, not the car/car builders fault.

lol, I'm just hating on it. It's a cool car - except that it's a TC.

I saw some civics fly by me on the highway when I was driving home last night. Do you mean like that?

My friend works at PepBoys and he has a Cavalier with everything done to it I/H/E/SG/S/ESC/SW the whole deal and he told me that I only real drivers street race but I guess that could mean road racing to?

I mean a road and street are the same thing so I guess the terms are interchangeable. If that's the case, I do a lot of road racing but I've never seen any cars like that on the road so I'm guessing they can't be that fast. Just all show no go it looks like to me.

No, road racing, like on a track. Like at Summit Point raceway. Or Laguna Seca, Riverside International Raceway.......or Buttonwillow. Yes, its a track, but its called road racing, b/c its done on road courses.

Hey, cool Cavalier. I just went to my local Chevy dealer but they were all sold out. Said they had been for years. Did you get it at Barrett-Jackson? You must be rich.

Honestly though, I really like your wheels
