Dual Pass Install Help Needed!

I started installing dual pass today. The problem I'm having is getting the hoses run w/o kinking. The two hoses coming from the top and bottom nipples on the endplate is the problem I'm having. How long of hoses did everyone use because the fans seem to be getting in the way. I'm using a T fitting because I couldn't find a Y fitting at the one place I checked. Did everyone use a Y fitting? Thanks

i just did my dual pass over the weekend. i used a T the hoses are about 6" long. if you turn the branch of the T fitting down on a 45 degree angle and hook up the bottom outlet to it, it will help keep the kink out of the hose. hope this helps

you don't need such long hoses, go to autozone or similar, as for 3/4 inch hose and ask to look through them. find one with 2 or 3 90* bends, and cut where needed.

ookay i need to make sure my dual pass is connected right. so i got the hose coming from the pump connected into the middle of the endplate. then the bottom hose of the endplate connects to the top hose of the enplate with a T and then with the hose coming from the filler neck is that correct? or how is it suppose to go?

It all depends on how you want to run it. If you have extra tank, option A, extra h/e. But please search a different thread because I'm trying to find a specific answer. Not trying to discuss plumbing setups.

mine was a pian in the ass with option b, dual pass, stock, and aftermarket H/E, but like i said get some pre-bent hose with 90* angles, and you're golden, that T fitting is necessary though, and is actually the best way to do it.

Did you use the pre bent ones coming off the T fitting?

well i have a dualpass and and extra h.e but nothing from the extra h.e was involved so yeah. and sorry just though someone in here could help instead of me making a diff/new topic lol and for my hoses i used a t fitting. took a lil while to get it all aligned and all so they would stay straing and not bend much or anything. mine are close to the fan but not so close thats a problem. idk how long my hoses are but they are not too long. i could look at them tomorrow or take a pic for u if u want

I just did mine yesterday. I had the hose go out from the bottom fitting, hit a 90* fitting, go up to a T fitting where the top one is also connected to, then went up from that to the fill neck. Mine is running up right against the fan shroud as well, it's a tight ass fit.
