Are the front and rear markers 194 or 168? It looks like the trunk light is also a 168.
What about the mirror lights? How do you remove the plastic clear lenses?

The guides aren't always accurate. I was hoping someone swapped to LED's and would chime in on the exact configuration of LEDs they used.

Show me proof that they aren't accurate.

I've always used www.sylvania.com to figure out my bulb size and it's a legit site.

I have swapped the following with replacement wedge, plug-n-play l.e.d.'s:

rear view mirror (x2)
license plate (x1)
reverse lights (x2)

What type of LEDs did you use? Everyone makes a variety with numerous diodes in different configurations. I've run into errors in the catalog before with my other cars, I just can't remember which ones exactly. The Sylvania catalog lists 194 for a bunch of the small markers, but I can clearly see "168" molded on the headlight housings for the front sidemarkers. The trunk light used at the factory is also a 168. The 168s are about twice as bright as the 194s. They are physically the same but the factory used bulbs that are different from the catalog listing.

I used an extra 90* flank SMT blue LED for the trunk and it looks like I can only use a small inverted cone LED for the license plate. The mirror lights might take one of those 6-chip LEDs.
