ok guys/gals ive been having this problem off and on for the last 3 months...my car will run fine and then going down the road this car with a lock over it will just come on and then when i stop and turn the car off and turn it back on it goes away.....then ive gotten in the car to leave and the same light comes on and it keeps my car from starting for 15 min does anyone have any idea what this damn thing is?
