I'm having an issue with my crank pulley. I have a dominant oil leak that no matter how many times I remove and reinstall it keeps coming back.

I'm thinking the little key slot that lines up with the notch on the crank needs to be filled with silicone to prevent the leak. Any help?

 

front cover seal gone bad?

there's a gasket in the cover, around the pulley, sound like you fucked it up.
