New Pads and Rotors on the way!

Hey guys, I finally splurged and bought these:

http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/6...0A3105401.aspx

&

http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/6...0A3047497.aspx

Not bad for $245 spent.

I can't wait to get these babies on, I'll be stopping on a dime in no time! lol

It's gonna be a while before the parts get here. The rotors are gonna get here before the pads do, but when they do I'm going to take some pictures to show.

You realize thats not the "performance" pad right? Very nice pads to be sure, but not performance type, more the long life type.

The HPS or HB517F are actually the more performance oriented pad.

Yes I realized that before I got em. I just want to have brakes that won't break when I travel 4000 miles or more. Anywho, I can't wait to get em. But the pads will get here after the rotors do, oh well.

Yeah i ran HPS pads when I had stock sized front brakes, they were really nice. Just the right amount of extra friction, no noise, lightt colored easy to clean dust, aggressive enough to keep the rotor clean but not too aggressive as to chew it up, and they dont leave pad impressions unless youre driving like a complete moron on the street.

Ive got stock LSJ pads on right now, they lock up the fronts pretty damn good, LOL. Ill play with pads again once I get the rear discs on.

the word is "coming" and "soon"

All the measurements have been made, and I believe the rotor company has been contacted.

Stopped on a dime?

i gotta question though; Its gonna be awhile before both the pads and rotors get here and I am still driving on the warped rotors, will that cause any irreversible damage to the brake system?
