Headlights wont turn off!!

Headlights wont turn off!!

About a week ago i put blue hallogen nokyas. Then all of a sudden my headlights woudlnt turn off. Im kind of aiming to an open relay. Any other suggestions and how much this problem would cost?

Did you try to turn them off with the switch on the left side.? Not trying to be an ass. Iv forgot about it one time....
