Sunroof - lack of noise buffer?

Does anyone know if Cobalts come with this buffer with the stock sunroof?

Here's a pic of a G6 I rented a few years ago that had it. Why doesn't my SS/TC have one for its sunroof?

it seems to me that a sunroof wind deflector would do the same thing IMHO

i dont like those things because they make a lot of noise...glad mine doesnt have one...a button that would stay in place would be nice though
