No, I think he means a CF hood with either a clear candy yellow sprayed over it, or actual yellow CF which I've never seen/heard of

From the picture they are a different yellow which might be nice or just weird.
Drift racing has some nice pictures also on their web site
Yahoo search yellow carbon fiber cobalt and there is quite a few. There is some cobalt versions available.
