Well I just got done installing the LE5 intake manifold and have to say,HOLY ****!!!
The car did lose a little low end torque but im never in the low end racing so really doesnt matter.But,It pulls sooo hard in the top end.Starts at about 3700 and pulls harder and harder till 6500.I did an install on a 07 auto and you could feel a difference but compared to a 5-speed.Wow.Now I need to hit the track up and see if I can hit a low 15.3 or possibly a 15.2.I ran the 15.40 with,Intake,ported exhaust manifold,Catless DP,Full exhaust.Now I have the same mods but ported the exhaust manifold a bit more and reworked the exhaust a bit,ported TB,and now the 2.4 intake manifold.Plus I got some new rubber so hopefully the low end torque loss will help with traction out of the whole.This is a great mod for the 2.2's.Ill keep everyone updated.

ah, got a brand new 2.4 mani w/ gaskets (no bb hose or tb adapter or tb gasket) (I bought tb adapter from jn2 like early this year) anyhoo, i got the mani + gaskets for the low low low price of $30

 

Wow ya i paid $100 shipped for the man and gaskets and I just modded my BB hose.Its a badass mod.Now i need to get tuned and move the limiter to 7K and put a 75 shot on .I cant wait

 

oh if you don't mind telling me, where did you get your tb ported at? richie has a spare 2.2 tb he said i can have it so i can port it.

i still need to buy richie's old stock lsj injectors and maybe a lightweight pulley and i'll have steve do a tune for me

 

I did it my self.took like an hour to do.Its not that hard just takes time.

you can have the nitrous, a 2.4 mani, a ported throttle body, pacesetter header and hi-flow cat for as many passes as you want...for a small fee of course
