just bought rims

there in a little rough shape. is there any way i can get them like resurfaced? i don't really want to paint them cause the metal looks good with the silver paint. estimate to resurface? im in the buffalo ny area so if anyone knows any good places let me know!

Pics would help you get an answer. Or at least tell us what kind of wheels they are. Are they steel, aluminum, magnisium, plated, polished, painted. Not trying to sound like a dick but give us a little more to work with and you'll get some answers.

ill post pics in the morning. i bought them used, he said there exel rims, but they dont make the rim i have anymore. i want to say there plated, cause the crome is comming off the lip

Hmmm..... you could strip the rest of the clear coat off (thats what it looks like anyways) and then polish the lip. You can have them re-done but the cost and turn around time may be an issue.

I would say sand them down, and paint them, resurfacing metal isnt cheap.

You can use a gunmetal paint, that might look pretty good with a silver car.
