Just curious is all. I understand the last couple of months were busy. I am curious if there has been any break through with the with the super 20g upgrade or the GT 30/35 upgrades. Or maybe even the K04 upgrades.

a k04 putting 400whp will not happen. That is so far out of the k04's efficiency.

I would like to hear about more big turbo kits though, there is that one thread about that hahn 20g putting 400 some hp.

i would think that after the fuel problem is taken care of the K04 would get real close tho?

usually k04's are only good to max of 350whp. They are freaking tiny, and if you are pushing too much through a tiny turbo. the efficiency range is well gone, so its going to get insanely hot, it runs out of breath pretty early and it just wont be able to push that much air. You'd ruin the safety of the turbo and engine etc. Its best to just get the big turbo if you want to shoot for 400hp. This was the same for the ms3, a clipped ported k04 put down 350-360 hp but is that safe? well just because it dyno'd once that high doesnt mean it will be reliable for months or years. remember how much the turbo does and how hot it gets...then think if you want to push the thing that high daily...man that freaks me out.

haha yes traction could be a issue. I think with tuning you can limit torq in like 1st and 2nd gear which can help (ms3 did that). Um but if you did like the motor mounts, big axels and very grippy tires it would help. Hmm I mean if you are going for a drag car, big turbo is a must. Then you can upgrade the supporting mods to keep the power to the ground.

good plan then. yeah get the supporting mods then swap up the turbo. You'll get the feel for the supporting mods then when its turbo time you'll be ready and know how the car feels driving it. Also doing it in steps is good on the wallet ;)
