Thanks Dave..... I installed my upgraded intercooler this weekend and its great. Also happy to let you know that the Engine Cover looks fantastic and fits snugly in an 09 SS/TC sedan. My aftermarket Injen IC piping cleared it!

Oh, and the Trifecta tune with infiniboost to 23 psi peak is awesome!

why not make an aluminum version that will dissipate heat faster?

I had this on my HHR SS in red, looked great but I will have to look to see if I took any pics before I de-modded the HHR SS for trade in.

not a good option for anyone who has a painted valve cover... takes away from it.

Nah not really, my valve cover was painted black, so the "Ecotec Turbo" thats cut out in the cover shows whatever color is behind it on the valve cover, plus you can still see all the edges of the valve cover even with the cover on. So my theme was basically red/blk in the engine compartment

All the LNF, LSJ guys at our meet seemed to like it better then the black valve cover by itself.

Just depends on what you want, I wouldn't probably stick one on something like a candy type paint like Rissa's purple.

well, the modern performance valve cover leaves the 'ecotec turbo' in aluminum so it sticks out... this would cover that. in regards to the their valve cover, it takes away from it.
