LOL. a suspension. If an employee of ANY company did that to a customer just when they were calling to complain about something, they would likely be fired just because of how they treated the situation. This is a 9-1-1 operator and the idiot gets a suspension.

I think they both fail.
The Officer was rude, and didn't follow procedure - 911 calls are usually in a panic and it is the Operators job to calm the person to get the information required to best help them. Rather, this Officer dismissed her, probably in the same way he would dismiss his kid talking like that. (If he has one)
While I think her "arrest" was too far...it irks me when people (especially 18-20 something girls) use **** as commonly as any other adjective. I mean, you sound like a jackass when all you do is say ****...at the most inopportune moments mind you.
My girlfriend does it ALL the time and I bitch at her because of it. It's rude, she'll say "****!" and I'll be like, "What?", "I forgot my makeup!" *all this while we're walking through the children's section of Sears on our way to the food court.*
