Are they only covered under the bumper to bumper, or do they last longer than that?

I have the dreaded steering clunk and the stealership doesn't want to cover it.

 

TSB's are basically a known fix for a known issue.

In terms that are to be easily understood, they know what the problem is and they know how to fix it, but unless it is under the base warranty it is on your dime.

They aren't recalls.

 

exactly, they arent recalls, tsb's (technical service bullitins) are just something that appears to be a common problem and tells the best fix for that issue.
