what motor shud i use on my 07 ss/sc it has 50k miles?

yea i was gonna put mobil 1 5w-30 but idk wich one synthetic or non synthetic?

Yeah I use that stuff it works the same as 5W-30 and there is not difference, price or otherwise as far as I can tell.

wouldn't it make more sense to run the oil the motor was meant for?

does 0w give any performance gain or is it just the extra mpg?

It is a 30 weight oil, with a higher cold flow rate than stock calls for. There is no problem.

Its actually a little thicker than a lot of 5w-30 oils at operating temperature, and this is a TRUE synthetic oil. Not some hydrocracked Group III crap...
