Hey guys im just about to finish up my meth install and had a few questions about the use of these 3 things together.

First of all, with the no lift shift i already shoot flames out my cutout once and a while, but ive heard with meth it will happen more often. Its aimed towards the ground pretty well but still has a slight angle toward the underside of the car. Should I be concerned about the car catching fire or anything? Im sure if I need to I can just weld up a little turndown or something.

The next thing Im wondering about is the 2 step feature and meth together. Since you dont really boost in neutral I dont think it will be a problem, but I just want to make sure I am correct in thinking that it wont make enough boost to trigger my pump awith which is set around 8-10psi. And if for some reason it sprays while im on the 2-step will it hurt anything? Will it backfire and cause damage or just burn up like normal fuel each time the ignition fires?

If anyone has any experience with this or advice please chime in. I just want to make sure Im playing it safe. Thanks in advance!

 

it only flames more with meth if you dont tune it out. you have to take away fuel when adding meth... because it is fuel.

It depends on where you set that 2step at whether you build 10psi or not. I had my car on a 2step and it built 10psi rocking off 5krpms. But I doubt you'll have the ***** to launch your car that high.

 

Nope lol I will be launching around 3k or so I'm thinking. Were you spraying meth when you had it on the 2 step?
