Yeah, he definitely needs some head gear, it kinda reminds me of a super extreme ariel Atom.

i love how everyone has this same view about a go-cart with a bike motor. it weighs more than a bike and has 4 wheels, yet everyone talks like the bike with the same motor is safer

they're referring to the lack of a helmet dude... i would call the biker with no helmet a retard as well.
