i installed 2 of the stage 2 arctic white nokya fogs yesterday and they keep blowing the fog light fuse. anyone have any ideas on what might be causing it?

 

i have an 09 ss tc and ive had them in my car for almost a year and ive had no problems.

 

it blew the 15 fuse as soon as they were installed and i turned the switch on. i replaced it with a new fuse and it did the same. tried a 20 and did the same. however when i first installed 1 of them and cut it on to see the difference (with 1 stock still in), it cut on
