Looks good.

I just had the two front windows in my truck tinted two days ago and there are big bubbles in the tint. I know they don't use heaters and some other companies do. What do you think, will they dry out with time or should I bring it back?

If it's only been 2 days, it should dry.

I usually tell people to give it a week, it should be all cleared out by then. I am assuming you mean clear splochy bubbles and not white air bubbles.

Look like air bubbles to me. When I touch them they move. I was going to give it a week to see if they dry out because of the intermittent weather.

Ha! No bubbles there, lol... It'll dry out nice and smooth, the pics was like 15 minutes after it was applied.

Well i would give it a bit more time, if it doesn't go away in a few days, take it back, a good tinter will take care of it If it doesn't just need to dry...

That's cool, vinyl works, but i see no need for it if the tinter can make the dots stick with tint alone. I think vynil looks really strange from the inside, it cuts off part of the glass, i personally don't like that, but it's not to noticable on cobalts since the dots are so high on the glass. It looks retarded on a Grand Am,lol...

Yea, it doesn't take real dark tint to look nice, a little goes a long way.

40% is really nothing. I would at least go 20%. i had 35% at its alright but I would have went darker if i knew the cops dont care around here.

-those bubbles around the glass go away if you just push your thumb around the window on a hot day, same for the qtr windows.

Looks great!!! As for the crap around the edges, that pic was taken like 15 mins after it was installed, like you said, let it dry a bit and rub it with your fingernails and that will go away also...

Road trip, lol... Search around, you should be able to find a tinter close to you that cares enough to make it happen. Some cars are ALMOST impossible to make to dots stick but the cobalt is pretty easy for a good tinter.

Yea that works to a point, but usually once the tint has dried with the whiteish upsidedown mountain range look, it is hard to make it completly go away. You can usually make it better but not perfect.

I believe its just because we have black interiors which gives it the illusion of being darker.

It's just the lighting that makes it look so dark, and the fact that it was just done, it will clear out some also...
