Hey guys just wanted to try and get some info on my SS/NS 2.4. I don't think that I am going to do much on the outside of my car, however I really want to make the car sound more powerful. I am thinking that I want to put a nice exhaust system on my car, but I don't want it to sound like those Rice Rocket Lawnmowers..haha.....I am a big muscle car fan, so I am thinking I would like that deep powerful muscle car sound for my SS. Any suggestions? I am not really a mechanically incline person, but I do have the funds to get something nice....any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks...

 

can't go wrong with corsa or magnaflow.

yea id have to say no matter what you do your not going to reach the rumble of a v8..but it will definately sound better than a rice rocket...besides if you go with corsa, i think with theyre history they wouldnt make naything that sounded like a rice rocket

 

yeah your not going to get that rumble in a 4 cylinder. the best your going to get is a deep rice sound... its a nice sound but not a muscle car.

 

If you want a deep muscle car sound then you're missing another 4-cylinders buddy. But if you want it to sound nice and not like a ******* bee then just make sure the exhaust you get doesn't look like a folgers can on the back of your car. That's generally a good policy for avoiding rice.
