So... I have an 07 ss with the 7 speaker pioneer.

I would like to put an 09 radio in there with usb and bluetooth.

That should fit the same harness right? Everything should function correctly? same controls on the steering wheel?

Where do I get an 09 radio? how much do they cost generally?

Willing to bet the harness is different from the 07 and the 08-09 since they came with onstar and all that jazz...

Plus you would have to have the radio programed to your car's VIN because it won't work on your car because it knows a different one.

 

yeah, my car has onstar too. And I think the dealer can program the new radio to my car.

 

I havent heard of a dealer being able to unlock the new ones.
