Clutch/tranny question

I have a clutch masters stage 3 clutch off of my 07 ss s/c. I have been doing some research and can see that both LNF and LSJ use the same tranny just as the HHR SS does M62 or the limited slip one. my question is why how are the clutches different? is it a different flywheel? I want to take the turbo one apart to see what it actually is but dont want to waste the time. I wounder if the flywheels are different if you could swap them and run a LSJ clutch for less? idk just some questions. let me know if you know what the difference is.

Yea i love it. its a different power band and a little slower because i had the lsj fully modded but you cant beat the better gas milage, turbo whistling, BOV sound and better exhaust sound by far. Plus with just a tune and installing my catless downpipe i will be able to walk all over my old lsj.
