I ordered the Injen Cold Air Intake for my 2009 SS/TC but they sent me the wrong intake. they sent me the intake for the 05-06 SS supercharged. It is black nad brand new in the box. I opened the box looked at the directions and realized it was for the 05-06. They would not let me return it and exchange it for the correct part even though it was their fault not mine that they sent the wrong part. i didnt buy it from any of the vendors off the website. i went through a local shop where i live stood there when it was ordered to make sure they ordered the right part, and they still sent the wrong part and they wont take the intake back even though it was the companys fault not ours.

 

Sorry to hear that man. Hope this gets sold. Get this off his hands guys. New intake for new price. If you were gonna buy new anyway why not help him out?

btw if thats really the case, call your credit card company and make a dispute....what usually happens from experience in such a case....the credit card company will retract payment to vendor and refund you your money. At that point if the vendor wants to accept the product back they can, otherwise it's yours to keep. My cousin got a Denon 6.1 surround receiver because of something just like this....
Ill call the company for you....if u sell me this one for $150 :-)

 

Injens for the 05-06 go for cheaper than that...I can get it for around 270 or so from Summit Racing here in Ohio...

 

i found it online for like 240...but cant remember the website...but good luck selling man
