Power windows and sun roof issue

The issue is that both decided to stop working. Didn't have time to look into this much but it seems like they are on seperate fuses so unless they both blew what should I be looking at?

Car is an 09 tc and it's both windows and roof that are dead.

I would have guessed fuses too, but you're right, 2 at once is kinda weird. Bet the dealer could sort it out pretty quick.

had the same problem with the windows blowing fuses, took it to the dealer they found a short in the switch on the drivers side. warrenty paid for it. as for the sun roof its a different circut so i would suggest not playing around with it and let the dealer fix it under your warrenty

My power window fuses kept blowing, one after the other. And they checked in the doors, they said there was a short. But in reality they had to rip apart my dash (behind the radio) some wires were rubbing against metal, & it cut into the wires, so they replaced the wires, & fixed me up.

Haven't had a problem since!

And I don't know what to tell you about the sunroof....

Thanks for the input everyone. Checked the fuses this morning and they are good. Guess the car will be making a trip to the dealer. Yay!

My car has 8k miles on the clock and the drivers side power window has been very slow since new. I hope it seizes under warranty.
